Remodeling of a small commercial space transformed into a pastry shop for the confection of custom-made artisan cakes and pastries. Designed for a young and talented woman whose achievements, among others, was to have been a finalist in the Holiday tournament for 2019 on the Food Network channel 'Holiday Baking Championship', and whose family, on the other hand, has been dedicated to the baking business for two generations.

With a simple minimalist style, the mechanical and electrical installations were exposed as well as the entire work area, allowing the client to participate through the beautiful art of artistic cake design.

Despite the challenging size of the location, the construction was properly achieved in compliance with all the multiple regulations and codes as in any similar work of a larger scale.
