Codes and limitations

In order to begin the creative process, we need to know about the limitations by code or any regulation imposed by the condominium. In some cases these may totally or partially disable your idea and affect your budget.

Design, Cost, Time

If it is a single item as the kitchen or the bathroom to be remodel, we will give you enough drawing tools and a fixed value subject to changes which could be referenced in our final deal.




If it is a matter of remodeling the entire house or commercial space, we will give you a layout subject to modifications and a proposal for the
elaboration of the design and all the constructions plans including an estimated global value.
· If it is a new house or new commercial premise, we will give you a proposal for the elaboration of the design and all the construction and the construction documents coordinator an approximate global value and approximated completion time.
