Located at LAGO VISTA – AUSTIN, TEXAS, this project is at the construction drawings stage on a pronounced scope piece of land. The social kitchen, the different heights used, and the total communication with the outside thanks to the huge windows, give this area the dynamic and transparent character the young couple was looking for. The staircase has been placed in the middle of the residence, reducing distances and improving communication at middle levels between the different areas of the house. 

This project sets new standards for sustainability and includes a green roof for insulation over the living roof area as well as hydronic HVAC for maximum energy efficiency.
