Located at Miami Gardens FL, this five-bedroom single –floor house has been designed as a base prototype and master format to be repeated on a series project.   

In order to achieve the precise architectural solution within only 2,400 sf was not an easy task.  The goal consisted of minimizing space waste by area while keeping a well-structured circulation system.

The investment group (M&R PROPERTIES & INVESTMENTS, INC.) wanted to maintain the same ‘neighborhood’ touch on the exterior and a compact layout, to simplify the construction and stay within the budget.
